Material change of use of the land from land used for the importation and deposit of waste materials to raise the existing land levels in accordance with planning permissions reference numbers 6/0406-91 and 3/0815-91, to land used for a mixed use of both the importation and deposit of waste materials to raise the existing land levles and a recycling operation without the benefit of planning permission. The recycling operation refered to throughout this notice means the importation, crushing, grading, screening and sorting of inert waste materials(including soils, bricks and concrete) together with the storage, distribution and exportation of unprocessed and processed inert material
